Excellent experience with David. He was able to market and sell our house within three weeks of listing. Actually, we had multiple offers. We had bought and sold houses before, but David was able to help us navigate the process very easily. In addition, he helped us find a great home in Roswell   We had dual closings and considering how stressful these situations are, everything worked out very smoothly. He is very personable, organized, and a great communicator. Not to mention the amount of money we saved. He was always able to get back to us with minutes of a text or a phone call. We are very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to use his services again (although not ready to do this moving thing for years to come. LOL!)
