David Karp was our realtor for 3 real estate purchases in the past 11 years. David is a real professional. I can’t recommend David enough. I wouldn’t pick any other real estate agent in the Atlanta area other than him. Our most recent purchase was our dream home which cost more than $1 million. There was some complexity to this purchase, and it was wonderful to have David’s knowledge and expertise helping us along the way.

David is our go to guy whenever we need to sell or buy a house. He worked with us, even when we felt the time wasn’t right to sell, and didn’t pressure us to keep a house on the market when we weren’t ready, and made sure the house moved once we were ready to go. I have worked with David twice. Both times have been great. The first time was in 2015. We were selling a home and looking to buy a home. David sold our home in 4 months in a tough buyers market. He helped us find a new home in Marietta after an extensive search. In 2020 we asked David to help us sell our home in Marietta because I was retiring and moving out of state. This time it was a seller’s market and David said to be prepared to sell the home quickly. He was right! We sold in 3 days at the full asking price! We can’t thank him enough for all of his help. David is a great realtor. I would absolutely hire him again. He is very organized, knowledgeable, and responsive. Don’t be fooled by the big companies and their promises. I have used two national realtor companies in the past and both were subpar at best. David will guide you through the entire process. He does his homework and makes it easy.
