11 years ago, we bought and sold a house with David. As an agent, he did everything we wanted. He listened to us, guided us, and drove the sale and purchase and made us very happy. 7 years ago, I used David to sell the house I grew up in after my Dad died. He was the best. Enter our third transaction with David and I have to say, I wouldn’t want to do this without him. We tried to do it on our own. We talked with other agents. Neither worked. We talked to David again who initially disagreed with us on some things but after a discussion, he lamented and said “You are my customer and I’ll do what you want” The result was better than we expected. David has the unique ability to drive the whole process and you stay in the shadows, or to LISTEN to the customer and do what they want while driving. Too many agents today don’t or won’t listen to the seller and as a result, money is left on the table. I trust David to sell my home or to buy a new one. I trust that he has my best interest in mind and at the same time, will do what I ask. At the end of the day, who wins? BOTH of us! The Customer is always right with David Karp.
