I have worked with David twice. Both times have been great. The first time was in 2015. We were selling a home and looking to buy a home. David sold our home in 4 months in a tough buyers market. He helped us find a new home in Marietta after an extensive search. In 2020 we asked David to help us sell our home in Marietta because I was retiring and moving out of state. This time it was a seller’s market and David said to be prepared to sell the home quickly. He was right! We sold in 3 days at the full asking price! We can’t thank him enough for all of his help.
